Description

A rich and creamy banana cheesecake with a golden graham cracker crust, sweet ripe bananas, and decadent toppings. Includes both baked and no-bake versions plus 7 irresistible twists.


Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafers)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling (Baked Version)

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling (No-Bake Version)

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Fresh banana slices (brushed with lemon juice)

  • Caramel or chocolate drizzle


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
• Preheat oven to 325°F if baking.
• Mix crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
• Press into springform pan. Chill 10 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Filling (Baked)
• Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
• Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla.
• Pour into crust.

3️⃣ Bake & Chill
• Bake for 50–55 minutes in a water bath.
• Cool, then refrigerate 4+ hours.

4️⃣ Make the Filling (No-Bake)
• Beat cream cheese, sugar, bananas, and vanilla.
• Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust.
• Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve
• Garnish with whipped cream, banana slices, and caramel drizzle.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas with speckles for the sweetest flavor.

  • Lemon juice prevents banana garnish from browning.
