This Bang Bang Chicken Bowl is a protein-packed dinner featuring crispy golden chicken coated in a creamy sweet-and-spicy sauce, served over rice with fresh veggies and avocado. Perfect for meal prep, customizable, and ready in just 5 easy steps.
Ingredients
For the Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)

For the Chicken:

For the Bowl Base:

Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Sauce
• Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
• Reserve ¼ cup for drizzling later.
2️⃣ Prep & Cook the Chicken
• Toss cubed chicken with oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
• Cook until golden and crisp using your method of choice:

Air Fryer: 400°F, 12 minutes, flip halfway.

Skillet: Medium-high heat, 8–10 minutes.

Oven: 425°F, 25–30 minutes.
3️⃣ Toss with Sauce
