Ingredients
For the Chicken Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
For Breading:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions
1️⃣ Season & Form the Chicken Base:
• In a food processor, blend the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
• Press the mixture into a 10-inch (25 cm) cake pan lined with plastic wrap.
• Flatten evenly, wrap the top, and freeze 2–4 hours until solid.
2️⃣ Bread the Chicken Crust:
• Place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs in three separate shallow dishes.
• Remove chicken disc from freezer, unwrap, and dredge in flour.
• Dip into the eggs, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
• Freeze for 15 more minutes to firm up.
3️⃣ Fry to Perfection:
• Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 400°F (200°C).
• Carefully lower the breaded chicken disc into the hot oil. Fry both sides until deep golden brown.
• Transfer to a wire rack and blot with paper towels.
4️⃣ Add Toppings & Broil:
• Preheat your oven to broil.
• Spread tomato sauce evenly over the fried chicken base.
• Top with mozzarella slices and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
