Ingredients

20 jumbo pasta shells (about 8 oz), cooked al dente

1 cup shrimp, peeled, deveined, chopped

1 cup crab meat, drained

1 cup scallops, chopped (optional)

1 cup ricotta cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus ½ cup for topping)

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (plus 2 tbsp for topping)

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ small onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

1½ cups Alfredo sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup spinach, sautéed

½ cup mushrooms, lightly cooked

½ tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta Shells
• Boil shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
• Sauté shrimp, crab, and scallops with garlic and onion in olive oil until just cooked.
• Mix seafood with ricotta, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Stuff the Shells
• Spoon seafood mixture into each shell.
• Arrange in a greased baking dish.
4️⃣ Add Sauce & Cheese
• Pour Alfredo sauce over shells.
• Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
5️⃣ Bake
• Cover with foil; bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
• Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
