Instructions
• Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente (about 7–8 minutes).
• Drain and set aside.
• In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream of chicken soup, Rotel, cheddar, Velveeta, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
• Stir constantly until cheeses melt and sauce is creamy.
• Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken to the sauce mixture.
• Add cooked spaghetti and mix until well coated.
• Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
• Pour the mixture into the baking dish evenly.
• Top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs if desired.
• Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
