Ingredients
For the Chicken:

2 boneless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Avocado Salsa:

1 ripe avocado, diced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
-
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
• In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
• Coat chicken breasts in the marinade; let rest 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken
• Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
• Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
• Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3️⃣ Prepare the Salsa
• In a bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
• Gently toss to mix.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve
• Slice grilled chicken and top with avocado salsa.
• Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
