  • Author: Joriel
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving (16 oz glass or grande-sized cup)
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Your favorite dessert, now in icy drink form! This Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino is everything sweet strawberry puree, creamy vanilla-cheesecake flavor, crushed graham cracker topping, and a fluffy whipped cream crown. Whether you’re cooling down or just treating yourself, it’s a dessert drink that brings the café magic home.

Ingredients

• 1 cup ice
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup strawberry puree
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Whipped cream (for topping)
• Crushed graham crackers (optional)
• Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Blend the Drink:
In a blender, combine ice, milk, cream, strawberry puree, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy.

2️⃣ Pour & Top:
Pour into a tall glass or to-go cup. Top generously with whipped cream.

3️⃣ Add the Extras:
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top. Add a drizzle of extra strawberry puree and finish with a cherry if desired.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese to ensure smooth blending. Cold cream cheese may result in a lumpy texture.

  • You can use either fresh or frozen strawberries for the puree. If frozen, let them thaw slightly before blending for a smoother consistency.

  • For a vegan version, substitute:

    • Milk with oat or almond milk

    • Heavy cream with coconut cream or plant-based creamer

    • Cream cheese with dairy-free cream cheese

  • To make it low-sugar, swap granulated sugar for monk fruit sweetener, stevia, or erythritol.

  • For a lower calorie version, reduce or omit the whipped cream and use low-fat milk.

  • Want more thickness? Add ½ frozen banana or a scoop of Greek yogurt for body and creaminess.

  • Best served immediately. If storing, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 hours and re-blend with a few ice cubes before serving.
