A vibrant, tropical layered mocktail made with creamy coconut, juicy mango, tangy raspberries, and a swirl of blue spirulina. Ingredients
Coconut Base Layer:

1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

½ to 1 cup ice
Mango Layer:

1 cup frozen mango chunks

¼ cup orange juice

1 tbsp coconut cream
Raspberry Layer:

¾ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp raspberry syrup or strawberry preserves

Splash of water for blending
Blue Swirl:

¼ tsp blue spirulina or natural blue food coloring

1–2 tbsp coconut milk
Optional Toppings:

Diced mango or pineapple

Star anise or chocolate star topper

Whipped coconut cream

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Coconut Base
• Blend coconut milk, banana, pineapple, honey, vanilla, and ice until smooth.
• Set aside or chill while preparing other layers.
2️⃣ Blend the Mango Layer
• Combine mango chunks, orange juice, and coconut cream in a blender.
• Blend until thick and creamy, then refrigerate.
3️⃣ Make the Raspberry Layer
• Blend raspberries, syrup (or preserves), and a splash of water.
• Blend until smooth but thick. Strain if a smoother texture is preferred.
4️⃣ Mix the Blue Swirl
• Stir blue spirulina or food coloring into coconut milk.
• Set aside to drizzle later.
5️⃣ Layer the Drink
• In a chilled glass, begin with the coconut base.
• Slowly add the mango layer over the back of a spoon.
• Spoon in raspberry blend, then drizzle blue swirl gently between or on top.
• Swirl lightly with a straw or skewer for a marbled effect.
6️⃣ Garnish and Serve
• Top with mango chunks, a star anise, and whipped coconut cream.
• Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon.
