Description

Layers of crushed Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling, tart raspberry preserves, silky chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping come together in this no-bake Raspberry Chocolate Lasagna Dessert. It’s rich, fruity, and easy to make ahead for parties, potlucks, or holidays.

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs (about 3 cups)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or vanilla extract

  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

For the Raspberry Layer

  • ¾ cup raspberry preserves or seedless raspberry jam

  • 1½ cups fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)

For the Chocolate Layer

  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 3 cups cold milk

For the Topping

  • 8 oz whipped topping

  • Shaved dark chocolate or mini chocolate chips

  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
• Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
• Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined.
• Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Layer
• Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
• Fold in whipped topping.
• Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

3️⃣ Add the Raspberry Layer
• Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
• Sprinkle fresh raspberries on top, pressing them lightly into the layer.

4️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer
• Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
• Spread pudding evenly over the raspberry layer. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

5️⃣ Final Layer & Garnish
• Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
• Garnish with shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries.

6️⃣ Chill & Serve
• Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight for clean slices.
• Use a warm knife for neat servings.

Notes

  • Chill thoroughly: For the cleanest cuts and distinct layers, refrigerate overnight.

  • Use fresh raspberries: Frozen berries release excess liquid and may cause sogginess.

  • Cut with a warm knife: Dip in hot water, wipe clean between slices for perfect servings.

  • Make ahead: Best made 1 day ahead to let flavors meld and layers set firmly.

  • Freeze option: Freeze up to 1 month, then thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.

  • Customize it: Swap raspberries for strawberries, cherries, or blackberries. Try Golden Oreos, graham crackers, or almond flour crusts for variation.
