Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
• Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
• Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined.
• Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Layer
• Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
• Fold in whipped topping.
• Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
3️⃣ Add the Raspberry Layer
• Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
• Sprinkle fresh raspberries on top, pressing them lightly into the layer.
4️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer
• Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
• Spread pudding evenly over the raspberry layer. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
5️⃣ Final Layer & Garnish
• Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
• Garnish with shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries.
6️⃣ Chill & Serve
• Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight for clean slices.
• Use a warm knife for neat servings.
